
I currently serve as SVP, Engineering for Lighthouse Credit Union, where my responsibility spans both enterprise technology and core operational functions. My work sits at the intersection of how technology is designed and how work actually gets done day to day.
Over the course of my career in the credit union space, I have led engineering, architecture, security, and development teams, while also taking on leadership for critical operational areas including payments, account services, fraud and dispute resolution, and transaction processing. This combined scope allows me to focus less on organizational boundaries and more on reliability, efficiency, and clarity.
A recurring theme in my work is alignment, bringing operations and technology into closer partnership. That means modernizing platforms, simplifying operating models, and creating practical structures that make work visible and manageable.
